77ef Terms and Conditions — Rules for Using Our Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 77ef online gaming platform, including all games, betting markets, promotions and related services available through the platform. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure.

You are responsible for keeping your registration information up to date. If any of your personal details change — particularly your payment method details or contact information — you should update your account promptly. 77ef cannot be held responsible for failed withdrawals or missed communications resulting from outdated account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 77ef login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any other person. Any activity that takes place on your account — including bets placed, withdrawals requested and bonuses claimed — is your responsibility regardless of whether it was carried out by you personally.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed by someone else without your authorisation, you must contact 77ef support immediately via the live chat or support email. Until a report is made, 77ef will treat all activity on your account as authorised.

Deposits are generally credited to your account promptly after confirmation from the payment provider. Mobile wallet deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically reflected within minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the initiating bank's processing schedule.

• All funds deposited must belong to you personally. Use of payment methods that do not belong to you is prohibited.

• Account identity verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals are generally matched to the payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible.

• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before the real-money balance subject to those requirements becomes withdrawable.

77ef does not apply platform-side withdrawal fees on standard requests. The amount you submit for withdrawal is the amount processed.

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household and per payment method. Claiming a bonus using multiple accounts is prohibited.

All game outcomes on the 77ef platform are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) or by live dealer processes, depending on the game type. Results are final once a round is completed. No game outcome can be reversed or altered after the fact.

By placing a bet on any game or sports market on 77ef, you confirm that you understand the rules of that game or market, the stake you are committing and the potential outcome of the bet. Bets placed in error are your responsibility.

• Minimum and maximum bet amounts are set per game and are displayed within the game interface.
• Sports bets are settled according to official results from the relevant governing body. In the event of a dispute, 77ef's decision following review of available evidence is final.
• In the unlikely event of a software error or connectivity issue affecting a game round, 77ef reserves the right to void the round and return all stakes.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 77ef platform and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances where applicable:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts, either personally or in coordination with others.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or software to interact with the platform in any way not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or unintended game behaviour to obtain an unfair financial advantage.
• Attempting to manipulate betting markets, including through coordinated betting patterns with other accounts.
• Using stolen, fraudulent or unauthorised payment methods for deposits or withdrawals.
• Providing false identity information during registration or the verification process.
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any financial activity unrelated to genuine gaming.

Where prohibited activity is suspected, 77ef may place a hold on your account and associated funds pending investigation. The outcome of any investigation may be shared with relevant authorities where legally required.

77ef reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time where there is reasonable cause to believe that these Terms have been breached, that the account is being misused, or that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform or its users.

If your account is closed for a breach of these Terms, any funds held in the account may be forfeited. If your account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach — for example, following a self-exclusion request — your real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

You may close your own account at any time by contacting 77ef support. If you close your account voluntarily, any pending withdrawals will be processed to your registered payment method. Re-registration following a self-exclusion closure is not permitted during the exclusion period.
